• Paid parcel weight is the volumetric weight, if it exceeds the physical and vice versa.
• To calculate the volumetric weight formula is used:
  length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 4000 = volumetric weight (kg.)
• When billing surcharge parcel weight is rounded up to 1kg.
